You Never Know?

So many stories of people in business that never gave up, no matter how many times they were set back they kept on trying. Stories like:
"Colonel Sanders had the construction of a new road put him out of business in 1967. He went to over 1,000 places trying to sell his chicken recipe before he found a buyer interested in his 11 herbs and spices. Seven years later, at the age of 75, Colonel Sanders sold his fried chicken company for a finger-lickin' $15 million!"
Walt Disney was fired by a newspaper editor for lack of ideas. Disney also went bankrupt several times before he built Disneyland.
When NFL running back Herschel Walker was in junior high school, he wanted to play football, but the coach told him he was too small. He advised young Herschel to go out for track instead. Never one to give up, he ignored the coach's advice and began an intensive training program to build himself up. Only a few years later, Herschel Walker won the Heisman trophy.
Where do you stand are you feeling that no matter how hard you try you never get there, no matter what ideas you put in to place you get knocked down.
Its ok it happens to the best of us, business is tough I know I been in the printing and sign business for close to nine years and every day is a game of cat and mouse, figuring out what is the right move, how do I attract new customers and keep the existing clients happy.
All you can do is keep focus, study your trade know it better than anyone else in your field, think out of the box and try new ideas, be different don’t try to be like anyone else, use all the resources you can find. Use good “Call to actions” in all your marketing, good key words in your advertisements works the same way it does for your website.  It’s all about you and what you bring to the table. Always stay not steps ahead of your competition but miles ahead, go for it you never know it just might be the right move and one day they’ll be writing stories about you.
Good Luck

It’s Not About Us…Its About You!

In a nutshell we have decided to build a website business owners can connect with potential customers in their community. The Internet is growing and the possibilities are endless.
But not every business gets the full benefits of online marketing, one problem is they can’t afford a website or they have a website and cannot afford to get to the top pages of the search engines.
So we put a team of the best web designers and search engine marketers and built the solution a local shopping advertising directory so all businesses can afford. Now they can compete with the larger corporations that are dominating the search engines.
Two major benefits of participating in advertising with us is if you don’t have a website now you can and if you do have a website our site will drive business to your existing site.
ShopAndDineLocal will be the go to site for local shopping and dining and to find local events on the Treasure Coast.
It’s a win, win situation for everybody! We hope you enjoy our site and please tell your friends and family members about www.ShopAndDineLocal.com
And we love to hear from you so send us an email and let us know what you think!

Is price the main factor when choosing a company to print your marketing materials?

Is price the main factor when choosing a company to print your marketing materials? Sure that has a lot to do with it, but isn't it reassuring when you can actually build a relationship with your printer and you can actually talk to a human being.
Does that online company somewhere in another city really care if your business card, postcard or brochure is effective or all they want to do is get the order for how many you need and collect your funds and move on to the next customer?

Pretty postcards are nice to look at but are they going to get you the business you want, not always. When you are going to start a marketing campaign who's going to help you make the right decision of what type of marketing materials you should use or print? Not the companies you just purchase you're printing online from. PERIOD!

Sometimes price is not the important factor in your purchase its being able to talk with someone who wants to help you succeed and talk to you about what you are trying to accomplish with your materials, getting feedback from your printer is worth all the money in the world and more.
Getting marketing tips from your printer is vital to making the decision on what your marketing material's should say and how is the best way to reach your market share once they are ready for you to start passing or mailing them out, and putting your materials in front of your potential customers you want to attract, sometimes you only have one chance to make the right impression about your company.

Tips like what type of “Call to Action" is going to trigger a potential customer to pick up the phone to find out more about your products and services, along with strong titles with good keywords that gets that customer to pick up the phone to call you, how your text and photos are placed and how they look on your marketing materials.  Sometimes instead of buying one large quantity of one item it might be better to purchase small quantities of many different marketing items.

These are answers to questions you are not going to receive from that online printer. How should I setup the piece correctly?   Am I using the right text and photos? Is my call to action strong and good enough?

And these are questions you need to ask yourself.
Did I really save money if what I purchased didn't work? Is this marketing piece going to help my company grow?  Does the company I purchase online really know what I am trying to accomplish.

Question after question needs to be answered in order to make your marketing campaign effective,
Everyday customers come to our office or call us that are just starting a business and want to start out with just printing business cards.  Business cards are very important but they are far from enough to take your business to the next level they are good way for you to give a brief introduction to you, it's not going to promote your business.
When starting a new business or you've been in business many years and have decided to start a marketing campaign ask yourself a few questions first.  What is my budget? How am I going to reach my market share? What “Call to action” can I use for customer attraction?  Where can I get help to make these important decisions?

Call your local hometown printer that cares about the growth of your business and wants you to succeed, because your success is there success and they should take the time to talk with you and help you figure out what marketing materials are going to help you succeed and work with you from start to finish on all your
projects.  If you seek out a printer in your hometown and the first questions they ask you are “How many pieces do you need”?  Run to the hills as fast as you can and keep running to you find a printers who asks you “What are you trying to accomplish?

Now ask yourself is price the main factor when purchasing your marketing materials?

It's all about the Call To Action!

When customers come to Skies the Limit Printing our objective is not to just don't ask how many?  We try to determine exactly what customers are trying to accomplish.  Our designers can produce the most amazing marketing materials but the most important part of design is making sure your printed material it is an effective marketing piece for your business. Beautiful postcards and brochures are nice to look at but are they getting the message across about the products and services your business is selling.
Many of our customers come to us to produce many different marketing materials such as postcards, brochures, car magnets, banners and they think the most important aspect of the design should be there name or logo at the top overpowering the rest of the information, that is not correct the most important information is the call to action with a strong rich title with trigger keywords to get the potential customers to pick up the phone and make a purchase.  Yes of course your name and logo is important but what you are truly trying to get is the phone to ring, with a great call to action if they are interested they will find your name, number and address on the marketing piece.
Let’s get the phone to ring, let’s get the customer to come to your business, let’s get the customers to call you because your call to action is what this potential buyer needs and  has decided the offer is so good it triggered them to call .  Once you get them to do business with you and they are happy with your service now you start building relationships.
Marketing is a very difficult process to figure out, it comes with planning, research and speaking with someone that can help you and give you   information about what is is the best way to market your company.  You don’t have to do it alone, call us at Skies the Limit and we can show you our work and help you with some good advice about marketing your business today.
Call 772-340-1090 and visit us at www.skiesthelimitgraphics.com.  See Ya!
